Production time?
Each piece is handcrafted and requires a production time of up to 10 business days from order confirmation. This timeframe ensures the quality and integrity of each piece before shipment.
Manufacturing and printing?
French works, designed in Provence and printed between Nice and Marseille.
Delivery time and order tracking?
Shipping is carried out via Colissimo, with the following options:
Colissimo Home with signature: secure delivery against signature.
Indicative delivery times (excluding production):
- Metropolitan France: 2 to 5 business days after shipment.
- European Union: 4 to 7 business days after shipment.
- Rest of the world: 7 to 15 business days depending on the destination country.

Order Tracking
Upon shipment, an email is sent to the customer with a Colissimo tracking number, allowing for real-time tracking of the package until delivery.
Delivery costs?
Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination and the size of the print selected.
The exact delivery costs will be indicated during order confirmation, before payment, and vary depending on the size of the artwork and the delivery location.
