Frequently Asked Questions
Production time?
Each piece is handcrafted and requires a production time of up to 10 business days from order confirmation. This timeframe ensures the quality and integrity of each piece before shipment.
Manufacturing and printing?
French works, designed in Provence and printed between Nice and Marseille.
Delivery time and order tracking?
Shipments are made via Colissimo, with the following options:
Colissimo Home Delivery with signature: secure delivery against signature.
Colissimo Relay Point: collection from the relay point chosen when ordering.
Estimated delivery times (excluding production):
- Metropolitan France: 2 to 5 working days after dispatch.
- European Union: 4 to 7 working days after dispatch.
- Rest of the world: 7 to 15 working days depending on the destination country.

Order Tracking
Upon dispatch, an email is sent to the customer with a Colissimo tracking number, allowing them to track the parcel's progress in real time until its delivery or availability at a relay point.
Delivery costs?
Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination and the size of the print selected.
The exact delivery costs will be indicated during order confirmation, before payment, and vary depending on the size of the artwork and the delivery location.
